TAU, as represented by its officials led by its President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, and the UFA officers, headed by Dr. Joseph Paul T. Abad, sign the Collective Negotiations Agreement (CNA), at the Office of the President (OP) Conference Room, 12 September.

The CNA between TAU and UFA outlines the terms regarding faculty members’ rights and responsibilities, benefits and work conditions, as well as the labor-management relations to ensure their protection by providing a platform to resolve disputes, support organizational efficiency, and promote fairness and transparency.
Said ceremonial CNA signing is followed by a solidarity lunch at Rustica Restaurant in Tarlac City.
