𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Today, 23 September, the Office of the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (OVP-ASA), in partnership with the Office of the Graduate Programs (OGP) and Office of the Curriculum and Instruction (OCI) of the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), spearheads the flag-raising ceremony at the Admission Bldg. to kick off the start of this month's final week.

Meanwhile, Dr. Leonell P. Lijauco, the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (VP-PQA), joins the newly elected officers of the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF) Student Council in leading the flag raising at the CAF Building for the faculty, non-teaching staff and students of CAF. On the other hand, Dr. Edmar N. Franquera, the Vice President for Research, Extension and Training (VP-RET) participates with the College of Arts of Sciences (CAS) community at the CAS Grounds for their own flag-hoisting activity.

In addition, Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, the Vice President for Finance and Administration (VP-FA), graces the flag raising ceremony at the College of Education (CEd) Bldg. attended by CEd, TAU-Laboratory School (TAU-LS), College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM), and College of Engineering and Technology (CET) community. Presided by the CVM, the flag ceremony highlights the announcement of CEd Literacy Day celebration on 26 September.

Back at the Admin Bldg., Dr. Joven Valdez, National Service Training Program (NSTP) Director, encourages all TAU stakeholders to take part in the upcoming nationwide simultaneous earthquake drill on 26 September at 9:00. Dr. Jay-Ar De Mayo, Director for Business and Auxiliary Services (BAS), then recognizes the TAU employees from the Bamboo Engineering Project who clinch awards in the recently concluded 1st Tarlakauayan Festival held on 20 September.

In observance of Proclamation No. 60 (s.1992) declaring the last week of September as Family Week and Proclamation No. 326 (s.2012) declaring the fourth Monday of September as "Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga" Day, work and classes at the University will be suspended starting 3:00 PM today. He encourages all TAU stakeholders to take this time to connect with loved ones, share meals, and create lasting memories.
