𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐑𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐀𝐒𝐧𝐠 π€πœπ­π’π―π’π­π²

A delegation from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) conducts a series of research and benchmarking activities aimed at gathering insights on best practices in Intellectual Property and Technology Business Management (IPTBM) offices and Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubation (ATBI) hubs in the country at Benguet State University (BSU) on 30 March and at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) Central Administration on 31 March.

Leading the delegation are Dr. Jay-Ar A. De Mayo, Dr. Maria Elena T. Caguioa, Dr. Maribel C. Ramales, Mr. Orlando H. Locading Jr., Mr. Emanuelle Jayson T. Boac, and Ms. Ma. Koleen P. Buenaventura. They are joined by other University officials and staff, including Mr. David Angelo, DC. Velasquez, Ms. Czarina Joy D. PeΓ±a, Ms. Melanie B. Subiaga, Ms. Rochel Vibar, Ms. Precious Joy M. Corpuz, and Mr. Raffy A. Santos as participants in the benchmarking activity.

The activity focuses on learning from established ATBI and IPTBM systems, particularly on organizational structures, operational and incubation processes, guiding policies, partner linkages, and documented success stories. Through these engagements, the delegation will identify effective practices that can be adapted to strengthen local technology business incubation and intellectual property management initiatives.
