A six-man delegation from Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), headed by Procurement Unit Head Ms. Julie Zen P. Suñga, conducts a benchmarking activity today, 18 June, at the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Room.

The TAU team, represented by Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Vice Chair Dr. Sonny DC. Torres, BAC Members  Mr. Eduardo D. Cabrera, Dr. Eugene S. Valeriano, and Atty. Andrey Bjon Castañeda, and BAC Secretariat Ms. Ailene D. Nieves and Ms. Leslie Mae A. Bravo, actively shares their expertise on key areas including Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) protocols and BAC policy implementation.

The visit also aims to foster knowledge exchange and institutional collaboration, as PSAU officials seek to enhance their understanding of streamlined procurement processes and best practices within government university settings. The productive dialogue underscores both institutions' shared commitment to transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in public procurement, paving the way for stronger inter-university partnerships in administrative governance.
