Farmers actively participate in the Week 3 session of the Farmers Training Program covering Choosing an Enterprise and Importance of Records, held on March 12, 2026, at the Barangay Hall of San Raymundo, Ramos, Tarlac. The activity is conducted in collaboration with the Municipal Agriculture Office of Ramos Tarlac and the barangay local government unit, with the involvement of the College of Business and Management (CBM) of Tarlac Agricultural University. The session highlights the importance of strengthening farmers’ knowledge and skills in managing sustainable agricultural enterprises.

Dr. Maribel C. Ramales discusses strategies in choosing an appropriate enterprise, guiding participants toward informed livelihood decisions, while Ms. Auribeth Lapitan emphasizes the importance of proper record-keeping for efficient farm management. The activity is facilitated by Ms. Charlyn Banno, CBM Chief of Extension and Training, ensuring smooth coordination and active engagement throughout the session. Through this initiative, farmers gain practical insights that support productivity and long-term community development.
