In observance of Labor Day, there will be no classes or office operations at Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU)ย today, 1 May. Academic and administrative functions will resume as scheduled next week.
This day is more than a break from the routine; it is a formal recognition of the fundamental dignity of all who labor. As a higher education institution rooted in agriculture, TAU uniquely understands the value of hard work, from our fields to our classrooms, and from our farmworkers to our administrative staff.
Today, we reaffirm our commitment to solidarity, fair treatment, and respect for every worker. Let us remember that no task is beneath dignity, and no worker should stand without support. We honor the hands that feed, build, protect, and sustain our nation.
