In response to the increasing heat index being experienced across the region, as reported by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) announces the temporary suspension of the wearing of prescribed student and office uniforms. The measure aims to promote the health, safety, and comfort of the University community as extreme temperatures are expected to continue to be monitored in the coming days.

Beginning 16 March 2026 until further notice, students and employees of the University may wear light, comfortable, and appropriate attire while inside the campus premises, wearing of the school ID and ARTA ID for employees is highly advised. The University administration encourages everyone to remain vigilant, stay hydrated, and take necessary precautions to avoid heat-related illnesses as the warm weather persists.
