In view of the current situation in the province of Tarlac, including the collapse of two bridges and flooding, and following the declaration of the province under a State of Calamity through Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 416-2026, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) shall implement a Hybrid Learning Modality from September 8 to 12, 2026.

The measure takes into consideration the mobility and current status of students based on the survey conducted by the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD). The survey provides the University with information on the circumstances affecting students’ ability to access the campus and attend classes during the prevailing situation. In response, the Hybrid Learning Modality is being adoptedΒ  to ensure the continuity of instruction while taking into consideration the safety, accessibility, and mobility of the University community

The decision was made based on the recommendations of the Office of the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (OVPASA), the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (OVPQA), the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD), and the Office of the University President (OUP).
