Students from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), through the National Service Training Program (NSTP), carry out the β€œBlooming TAU: An NSTP Flowering Plant Beautification Initiative” as part of efforts to enhance the University’s green spaces. The activity focuses on improving the appearance of TAU Boulevard and other key areas on campus, transforming selected spaces into more vibrant and welcoming environments for students, staff, and visitors, 2 May.

Participants from different batches of Civic Welfare and Training Service (CWTS) are tasked to undertake landscaping works at TAU Boulevard, in front of the Administration Building, and the College of Education (CEd) - General Education (GenEd) Building. Using flowering plants like vinca and celosia together with their gardening implements, the members are involved in tasks such as land preparation, soil improvement, marking, and planting of seedlings. The landscaping activity is conducted through a series of processes that would lead to successful planting and sustainability of the landscaped areas.
