Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) announces the suspension of classes at all levels and office transactions on 13 March 2026, following the declaration of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Camiling due to a scheduled power interruption that may last up to 36 hours. The measure aims to ensure the safety and convenience of students, faculty members, and personnel, particularly during the ongoing midterm examination period.

The University further informs the academic community that subjects affected during the midterm examinations will be accommodated next week following the same designated time slot.

As regular operations are also cancelled on that day, employees are not required to report for work.

Students and employees are advised to coordinate with their instructors/supervisors and stay updated through official University communication channels for further announcements and guidance.

This measure also aligns with the national austerity drive for government offices.
