The Admission and Registration Services (ARS) announces the opening of applications for shifters and returnees for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027. The application period will run from 19-26 May 2026.

Students who intend to shift to another program must submit a duly accomplished Application for Shifting Form, while returnees must submit an Application for Re-admission Form. Applicants are advised to secure the appropriate form, along with a tentative copy of their evaluation, from the ARS Office. After securing the documents, students must proceed to their respective colleges for evaluation. Please note that the concerned college may require an interview or examination as part of the evaluation process.

Once the evaluation is completed, applicants must submit the completed and approved form to the designated ARS Staff. Upon approval, the Records-in-Charge will update the student’s profile accordingly. All concerned students are encouraged to comply within the application period and coordinate with their respective colleges for guidance and further instructions.
