Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) conducts the Interview and Validation Process for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME) HRM Midterm Review on 18 March 2026 at the Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Hall, with full support from the University President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, who delivers an inspiring message emphasizing diligence, commitment, and the importance of continuously striving for a better tomorrow in strengthening institutional performance.

The activity is spearheaded by the Regional Field Office III Director of Tarlac Province, Dir. Maria Cristina R. Gonzales, who underscores the significance of enhancing the four core HR systems: recruitment, selection and placement; learning and development; performance management; and rewards and recognition, as key pillars of organizational excellence.

The initiative highlights the commitment of TAU to align its human resource practices with the standards of the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME). The PRIME HRM Midterm Review remains vital among Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) as it promotes competency-based and merit-driven systems, ensuring that universities deliver efficient, transparent, and high-quality public service while fostering a culture of excellence.
