To empower youth participants in the Science and Technology Youth Leadership Encampment (STYLE) to utilize emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly, a seminar is held at the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Agro-Tourism Hostel Function Hall on 24 March.

Led by Mr. Jhomar Candelario, a Junior Full Stack Developer, under the theme “Building Smarter Communities: Youth Leadership in Responsible AI and Emerging Technologies,” the session features the sharing of the speaker’s personal journey from being a student leader to a professional. Mr. Candelario also encourages the STYLE attendees to start their paths without waiting for perfection or credentials. The seminar concludes with an open forum.

Said learning session is part of the three-day activity hosted by TAU in coordination with the Philippine Consortium for Science, Mathematics, and Technology (PCSMT) and the University of Northern Philippines (UNP).
