Upon receiving this year’s Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Ratings results in Jakarta, Indonesia, where Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) maintained its 1001-1500 ranking, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, TAU President, expresses his sincere appreciation for the entire TAU community. He highlights that the contributions of every TAUian ultimately center on serving people, rising above the mere pursuit of institutional rankings. He reiterates the University's firm pledge to intensify its efforts in food security and sustainable agriculture, to safeguard vital ecosystems, and to advocate for inclusive policies that uplift all sectors.

While he candidly recognizes the areas where TAU needs further development, he emphasizes that these gaps represent valuable opportunities for learning, innovation, and improved service rather than serving as permanent setbacks.

Most importantly, President Salunson stresses the University's profound commitment to its core values of Resilience, Agility, Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence. He further notes that the RAISE brand is a genuine promise to upcoming generations, not just a slogan; a practical approach to solving real-world problems, not a passing trend; and an ongoing, collective journey that is measured one Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) at a time.
