On the track, Maria Dolores T. Pascua, Kristel Joy T. Natividad, and Jem-Jen C. Garcia added to the tally by contributing multiple silver medals in the relay events. Pascua earned silver in four relay events, Natividad captured silver in the 100 m hurdles and relay, while Garcia secured silver in the 4x100 m relay and placed commendably in individual middle-distance races.
Beyond podium finishes, other TAU athletes made strong showings as Rainier B. Valdez placed fifth in Chess, Angelica E. Licos and Mary Joy V. Advincula helped the regionโs Basketball team (womenโs) reach the semifinals, and Joshua V. Macadangdang assisted in boosting the Menโs Volleyball team into the quarterfinals. Several athletes also qualified nationally despite challenges, while others were unable to compete due to either technical difficulties or organizational decisions.

Highlighting the cumulative performance, Region III, represented by student-athletes from 14 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), finished as 2nd Runner-Up. Competing against 17 region athletic associations nationwide, the Central Luzon delegation secured an impressive 54 gold, 68 silver, and 59 bronze medals, demonstrating exceptional talent, resilience, and sportsmanship and bringing immense pride to the region, showcasing Central Luzonโs inherent strength and cooperation.
In a Facebook post, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III) extended its appreciation to all members of the regional contingent.
