Tarlac Agricultural Universityโs (TAU) first flag ceremony of 2026 unfolds on 5 January in front of the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center. The University community stands at attention as the flag ascends, and as the final notes of the TAU Hymn fade, the series of announcements begins.
The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) opens the program by honoring the January birthday celebrators with greetings and a prayer. Dr. Ruben A. Parazo, Dean of the College of Engineering and Technology (CET), then steps forward to share encouraging news: the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Licensure Examination (ABELE) results surpass both TAUโs previous performances and the national passing rate.
This achievement is complemented by Dr. Claire Anne A. Olivares, Dean of the College of Education (CEd), who reports that the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) performance exceeds the national benchmark. She also discloses CEdโs distinction as a Top 8 Teacher Education Institution (TEI) for the Elementary level.
Meanwhile, the TAU Laboratory Schoolโs official student publication, The Tillers, presents the successful outcomes of the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC), recognizing the achievements of its young campus journalists. Revamonte, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Finance, reminds employees that the deadline for reimbursement requests and all other claims is set on 6 January. Ms. Maria Regina M.
