In the fast-paced world of public service, where every minute counts, one individual has demonstrated that timeliness is more than a habit; it is a reflection of commitment, discipline, and respect. Recognized as this year’s Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) - Most Punctual Awardee during the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) themed “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan,” held at Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center on 29 September, Mr. Eduardo N. Duran showed the true meaning of reliability and dedication.

To qualify for the award, every nominee is required to have a Very Satisfactory (VS) rating in the last two rated Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR), no record of tardiness, and Absent Without Official Leave (AWOL). With complete attendance in all university activities such as flag-raising ceremony, charter day, and other events based on the criteria deliberated by the Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) committee, Mr. Duran emerged as the Most Punctual.

Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), through its College of Engineering and Technology (CET) in partnership with the Department of Research and Development (DRD) and the Department of Extension and Training (DET), opens the two-day training program “Maximizing Research Opportunities: Grants, Incentives, and Funding Strategies” at the Farmers Training Center, 10 October.

Embodying genuine humility, calm demeanor, and willingness to foster a positive and welcoming environment in the workplace, Ms. May Q. Parayno was recognized by the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) during the celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service (CSC) Anniversary at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center on 29 September for being the Most Cooperative employee.

Ms. Parayno has been conferred with the award for her voluntary services, working harmoniously with co-workers, compliance to office and organizational rules and policies, participation in most of the activities in the Universities, and rendering extra hours without compensation.
