The courts and fields are arenas of pure focus, with the sharp squeak of basketball shoes and the powerful, echoing thuds of volleyball spikes. Every point is a hard-fought battle, from the strategic placements in tennis and the calculated throws in darts to the silent, mental warfare of the chess matches. This concentrated intensity extends to the rapid reflexes of badminton and the coordinated, digital clashes of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

The pursuit of victory continues on the running track in a display of pure, explosive power. All the pent-up competitive energy is unleashed as runners burst from the blocks in the blistering 50-meter and 100-meter dashes. The remaining matches for the Sports Festival will resume on 14 November.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫

A sense of anticipation fills the TAU Covered Court this morning as the university community assembles for the grand opening of the Sportsfest 2025. The program begins with a spirited parade and team presentations, during which the Green, Blue, Pink, Red, Orange, Purple, and Yellow teams enter with enthusiastic cheers and chants. The formal ceremonies are led by Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, who delivers the invocation, followed by opening remarks from the University President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson.

The atmosphere is charged with camaraderie and friendly competition as Dr. Joseph Paul T. Abad leads the athletes in the Oath of Sportsmanship, pledging to play fair and honorably. With the official proceedings setting the stage, the entire assembly prepares for a Zumba session, ensuring a unified and energetic start to the sporting events.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Bayanihan at TAU

The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community led by its President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson comes together in a remarkable display of unity through a bayanihan effort following the recent typhoon “Uwan.” Led by the General Services Office (GSO) and the Ecological Solid Waste Management (ESWM) team, employees take part in clearing debris and restoring order to the university grounds.

Meanwhile, the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer for Administration (CAO Admin) headed by Ms. Yolanda F. Juan provides essential goods to students residing in nearby boarding houses to ensure they have adequate sustenance until they can safely return to their homes.

In addition, some TAU employees also extend assistance to students who are staying at the University dormitory and distribute relief items, including rice and groceries.

Fostering spiritual unity and gratitude among students, faculty, and staff, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community gathers for First Friday Mass at the Administration Building Atrium on 7 November in collaboration with Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Church.

This regular gathering serves as an opportunity to give thanks, seek guidance, and strengthen TAU’s shared values.
