𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | 𝐂𝐍𝐀 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐀𝐒𝐀

The Tarlac Agricultural University Non-Academic Staff Association (TAU-NASA) secures a new three-year Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) with the University administration. Also, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) officially registers the pact, which remains in effect from September 2025 until September 2028.

In a formal letter, the CSC confirms the agreement's registration and urges both parties to comply in good faith. This landmark CNA fosters a harmonious working atmosphere and formally empowers the non-academic staff union to uphold the rights and welfare of its members.

In the fast-paced world of public service, where every minute counts, one individual has demonstrated that timeliness is more than a habit; it is a reflection of commitment, discipline, and respect. Recognized as this year’s Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) - Most Punctual Awardee during the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) themed “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan,” held at Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center on 29 September, Mr. Eduardo N. Duran showed the true meaning of reliability and dedication.

To qualify for the award, every nominee is required to have a Very Satisfactory (VS) rating in the last two rated Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR), no record of tardiness, and Absent Without Official Leave (AWOL). With complete attendance in all university activities such as flag-raising ceremony, charter day, and other events based on the criteria deliberated by the Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) committee, Mr. Duran emerged as the Most Punctual.
