As enshrined in Resolution No. 37, s. 2025, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) formally welcomed Hon. Virgin Mary A. Nicolas and Hon. Juanito R. Ho as Private Sector Representatives (PSRs) to its Board of Regents (BOR), extending their tenure for another two years, from 30 June 2025 to 30 June 2027.

𝙉𝙊𝙒 𝘼𝙏 𝙏𝘼𝙐 | 𝙉𝙎𝙀𝘿 𝙖𝙩 𝙏𝘼𝙐

Pursuant to Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Memorandum No. 194 s. 2025, the TAU community engages in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) today, 11 September, underscoring its commitment to disaster readiness and safety. The initiative is led by the University Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (UDRRMO) in cooperation with the National Service Training Program (NSTP) and the Gender and Development (GAD) Office.

Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) is holding a Mock Accreditation today, 11 September, for its Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (BSABE) program. The day-long virtual event represents a critical step as the program pursues Level IV Phase 2, Cycle 2 accreditation, a high evaluation level to be awarded by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered College and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). 

Dr. Silverio Ramon D.C. Salunson, the TAU President,  urged the  internal accreditors to provide their honest feedback, constructive criticism, and genuine recommendations, in his welcome address delivered by Dr. Edmar Franquera, Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training (VPRET). “Scrutinize our documents thoroughly, for your findings will be the blueprint for our path to official accreditation and,  ultimately, to even greater heights for CET and TAU,” Dr. Salunson explained.

Thousands of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) students cast their ballots, 11 September, as they choose the next College Student Council (CSC) and Supreme Student Council (SSC) officers in an election officiated by the TAU - Commission on Elections (TAU - COE) under the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD). Poll centers will close today at 1:00 PM GMT+8.
