In preparation for the 3rd Midyear Commencement Exercises tomorrow, January 9, the University Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (UDRRMO) issues this advisory to ensure safety, order, and smooth campus operations. Parking in front of the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center is strictly reserved for VIPs and official university shuttle services only. AdCo members, faculty, and staff attending the Baccalaureate Service are advised to park behind the CBM Building, while graduands are requested to park their vehicles at the opposite side of the campus.

To help manage traffic flow and provide safe and convenient access to the venue, shuttle services will be available for faculty, staff, graduands, parents, and visitors. The TAU community is encouraged to follow these arrangements, remain patient, and cooperate with marshals and personnel on duty to help ensure a safe, orderly, and meaningful commencement experience for everyone.

This is to inform all regular first-year students of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) that the on-site enrollment for the Second Semester, AY 2025-2026, is scheduled for Thursday, 8 January 2026.  To finalize your registration, please proceed to your assigned location on the appointed date, ensuring you have all necessary documents and clearances with you.

The Graduate Program’s onsite admission and enrollment for the Second Semester of AY 2025-2026 will be held from 12 to 17 January 2026. All new and continuing students are advised to follow the step-by-step procedures at their designated venues to ensure a smooth and complete enrollment process.

Please take note of your specific steps and required offices. New students begin at ARS Office, while continuing students proceed first to the Graduate Programs Office. Remember to check all details on your Certificate of Registration before signing, and be informed that classes officially begin on 17 January 2026.
