𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Embodying the Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) commitment to discipline and teamwork, the TAU - Sports and Development Office (SDO) spearheads the simultaneous try-out for student hopefuls and training for athletes, as they prepare for upcoming sports events, from 18-29 August.

With the support of the TAU administration, led by University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, along with SDO Director Dr. Emerson B. Cuzzamu, said try-outs and training serve as a stepping stone for young athletes to represent TAU in future tournaments.

Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, President of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), revealed that his administration is advocating to rename the institution as Tarlac Science, Technology, and Agricultural University (TSTAU). This significant transformation in the University’s identity and direction is anchored in House Bill 2690, authored by Tarlac’s First District Representative, Cong. Jaime Eduardo Marc D. Cojuangco.

While honoring its deep-rooted agricultural heritage, the University seeks to integrate science and technology into its academic framework to prepare a new generation of capable innovators and forward-looking leaders. Dr. Salunson emphasized that the rebranding reflects the institution’s clear commitment to advancing beyond its traditional foundations.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | Various offices and units from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) led by the Office of Vice President for Finance and Administration (OVPFA) under the leadership of Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo engage through a benchmarking activity with Benguet State University (BSU) at the TAU AgriTourism Hostel Function Hall, 28 August.

The activity opens up opportunities for both institutions through knowledge sharing, the exchange of best practices, and the strengthening of institutional systems in finance and administration.
