𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | 𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐒 𝐊𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐤𝐬 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲

Aiming to enhance technology transfer and information dissemination to farming communities in the region, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) hosts the launching of the Farmers' Information and Technology Services (FITS) Kiosk and turnover of equipment in partnership with the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Regional Training Center (RTC) III at the Farmers Training Center on 30 September. 

The program includes ceremonial activities and delivery of messages from TAU, ATI RTC III, and Central Luzon Agriculture, Aquatic and Resources Research and Development Consortium (CLAARRDEC) officials, followed by the turnover of equipment to support agricultural extension services.

During the Third Quarter Regular Board Meeting administered by Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) Commissioner and Chair of the TAU Board of Regents Dr. Desiderio R. Apag III, the Supreme Student Council (SSC) President, Ms. Sean Nicole P. Chico, takes her oath of office before Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, University President, at the Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Room, 7 October.

The event, which is conducted via hybrid modality, with members of the board and TAU officials attending both at the Office of the President (OP) Conference Room and via Zoom witness as Ms. Chico formally assumes the seat as student representative to the Board, signifying the vital role of the student sector in university governance.

To formally present the partnership initiatives between Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a courtesy call with Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, University President, is initiated at the Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Hall, 1 October.

Prof. Rizalina M. Tablarin, one of the faculty advisers of TAU Latter Day Saints Students Association (LDSSA), leads the visit and introduces Elder Ricard Manahan of the Area Seventy; Resty Bajarin, President of the Philippines Camiling Stake; Mr. Richard Espinosa, Manager of WSR for North and Central Luzon area; Bishop Andy Dela Cruz of Camiling Ward 1; LDSSA President Marc Anthony Zambrano and Vice President Normel Gagelonia to TAU officials.

The delegation, comprising College Student Council (CSC) Governors and other officials and accompanied by Supreme Student Council (SSC) President Ms. Sean Nicole P. Chico, raises urgent concerns impacting their respective academic units, with particular emphasis on advocating for necessary improvements to campus facilities and learning environments.
