The schedule for the Final Examinations of the First Semester, Academic Year 2025-2026 has been officially released by the ARS. All graduating students are scheduled to take their examinations from 25 to 28 November 2025. All non-graduating students will have their examination period from 9 to12 December 2025. The specific time allotment for courses offered during each regular class period is detailed in the accompanying table for your reference.

Please be guided that for classes which combine both lectures and laboratories, the scheduled time of the lecture will be the sole determinant of the official examination period. This announcement is issued for your information, guidance, and strict compliance.

To all officially enrolled Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) College students for the 1st Semester, AY 2025-2026, please be advised that the application for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) under UniFAST will soon be opened. To be included in the list of applicants, we encourage you to complete the provided Google form: https://bit.ly/49PBmN2. The OSSD will then collectively submit all applications to CHED on your behalf. The deadline for submission is on 17 November 2025, at 5:00 PM GMT+8.

The TES provides a financial benefit of ₱20,000 per Academic Year. Additional benefits are available for qualified applicants: TES-3A (Person with Disability) provides an extra ₱10,000 per Academic Year, while TES-3B (Board/Licensure Exam Takers) offers a one-time reimbursement of ₱8,000. Please ensure all details entered in the form are accurate, as the OSSD will submit your data exactly as provided. For any inquiries, please visit the OSSD from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

STEP 1. Get a copy of the Application for Graduation from the Records-in-Charge at the ARS Office

STEP 2. Complete the Application for Graduation Form with the required details.

STEP 3. Submit the duly accomplished Application for Graduation Form to the Records-in-Charge at the ARS Office on or before the deadline.
