Students of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) are encouraged to join the Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp (AYLTC), an annual event for youth leaders across the globe, which will be held in Tokyo and Yokohama, Japan, on March 1–5, 2026.

This five-day leadership experience in Japan will expose TAU students to various learning activities, workshops, and seminars — enhancing and developing their skills and competencies to become the great leaders of tomorrow.

Starting today, September 24, 2025, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) is proudly represented at the 2025 WURI Global Conference hosted by Tongmyong University (TU), South Korea. Following TAU’s inclusion in the 2025 World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI), where it secured the 93rd spot, three university officials are taking part in the prestigious international gathering.

The TAU delegation is composed of Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA); Dr. Marianne P. Villaruel, Director of External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA); and Dr. Sheila R. Lingaya, Assistant Director and Chief for International Mobility of ELIA. 

Throughout the three-day event, the delegation will showcase TAU’s innovative and sustainable projects, foster networking opportunities, and engage in discussions with university leaders and global experts.

The Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Indonesia has opened twenty (20) slots for Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, as well as academic and non-academic staff, to participate in the “Virtual CommTech Nusantara 2025: The Spirit of Indonesia Heroes” scheduled from November 10-21, 2025, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM (GMT+8) via Zoom.

Through this program, TAUians will be virtually immersed in Indonesia’s historical events with an introduction to the nation’s heroes. The event will also feature art and cultural activities showcasing traditional dances, songs, and cuisines, along with a virtual city tour highlighting the country’s sites and landscapes.
