CAPTURED IN LENS | Aligned with International Women’s Day (8 March), Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) Gender and Development (GAD) Office leads the month-long Purple Wednesday campaign, a recurring effort to unite organizations nationwide as centers of advocacy for gender equality. 

On 19 March, marking the month’s third Wednesday, TAUians showcase their commitment to the empowerment of girls and women by donning purple outfits, carrying purple items, and gathering for photos, merging symbolic action with tangible steps toward equity.
