Anchored on the theme β€œHe for She - Men as Champions of Gender Equality," the activity offers a platform that focuses on men’s health and emotional well-being. The campaign kicks off with physical conditioning followed by an informative seminar led by Mr. Mark Jason E. Febrera, medical staff from the Medical and Dental Unit (MDU). The activity also includes a self-defense training facilitated by the TAU Karatedo trainer, Mr. Brandon F. Sudario.
