ππππππππ ππ ππππ | Per University Memorandum No. 056, s. 2025, select staff from the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Administration, the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (OVPQA), and the Legal Unit have been designated as Public Assistance Officers of the Day to assist clients and guests during their transactions at Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU). The Help Desk is situated at the security post inside the Administration Building.
This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TAUβs services by providing prompt and appropriate assistance, streamlining processes, and ensuring a more customer-centered approach in University operations.
