Today, 11 August, we are one with the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) in celebrating the birthday of Atty. Lily Freida C. Mcabangun-Milla, Director of CHEd - International Affairs Service (IAS).

Atty. Lily has been an active driving force behind Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) growing global presence. Her leadership has helped expand TAU’s international partnerships, increased cross-border mobility, supported integration of sustainable development, and boosted TAU’s standing in world rankings.

We are deeply grateful for your generosity and leadership. As you continue to guide higher education institutions (HEIs) in their internationalization journey, we also warmly wish you renewed vitality, continued wisdom, and fulfillment in all your endeavors.

Among the trailblazing members of this initial BSESS batch are Mr. Juls Ivann J. Limayo and Ms. Christine DT. Laureta, both from Camiling, who envision themselves as a future fitness coach and a Physical Education (PE) teacher, respectively.
