During the ceremony, university officials share important announcements, reminders, and updates on ongoing activities. At the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), the CAS community holds the ceremony along with the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) and the College of Engineering and Technology (CET). CVM, led by Dr. Lavina Gracia M. Ramirez, announces the upcoming CVM Week scheduled from 17-19 March, including the Anti-Rabies Vaccination programโ€”an activity that provides 500 doses of anti-rabies vaccines, which will be available during the said event.

In addition, the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA), Dr. Sonny DC. Torres announces that an upcoming meeting will be held today to discuss the proposed implementation of the four-day work week in order to address related concerns and considerations. He also reminds the faculty members that the Teaching Effectiveness Evaluation will be conducted ten days after the examination week.

Meanwhile, in front of the Library Building - Learning Resource Center (LRC), the University President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson also reiterates the scheduled meeting and encourages the University community to remain informed and cooperative as the institution discusses initiatives that aim to improve its operations and services.

After a productive secondment as the interim President of Colegio de Masinloc (CdM), Dr. Feliciano M. Rosete Jr. has returned to his home institution, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU). His leadership in Zambales guided the newly established local college through its critical formative years, where he focused on strengthening administrative systems, streamlining operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

During his tenure, Dr. Rosete laid the groundwork for the sustainable implementation of CdM's flagship Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness program. Through curriculum alignment, improved monitoring systems, and faculty coordination, he helped ensure instructional continuity and institutional stability despite the challenges of limited resources and facilities.

Now back at TAU, Dr. Rosete rejoins the College of Business and Management (CBM) with a wealth of experience in institutional development and governance. His legacy at CdM embodies his commitment to public service and educational leadership, foundations that will undoubtedly continue to benefit his home University in the years ahead.
