In preparation for the upcoming CAASUC Culture and the Arts Festival, this assembly serves as a vital touchpoint to align contest rules, clarify guidelines, and raise concerns, fueling a collective drive for success.

To ensure focused and productive discussions, the solidarity meeting is strategically conducted across multiple venues tailored to each discipline. The literary arts delegates convene at the Library, while the musical and visual arts groups hold their meetings on the UFC 2nd floor. Meanwhile, the dance committee gathers at the Multi-Purpose Hall, and the theater arts cohort conducts its discussions at the Radio Station.
