Acknowledging the transition of AB (Bachelor of Arts) in Economics and BS (Bachelor of Science) in Psychology students as they are about to enter industry training, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) through the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) holds the Pinning Ceremony on 23 January at the Alumni and Student Center Amphitheater.
67 BS Psychology and 53 AB Economics students attend the activity, themed βShaping Future Ready Individuals through Knowledge, Action, and Social Impact.β
The event also highlights two key speakers who serve as a living testament of what students can achieve through perseverance and dedication. Providing practical lessons about what to expect in the workplace, Mrs. Janine Camacho-Gonzales, an alumnus in BS Psychology, encourages the student interns to use their knowledge responsibly, contribute to society, and uphold the values of their alma mater.Β
Meanwhile, Mr. Noli M. Daraman, AB Economics Alumni also imparts lessons from his experiences and inspires the students to stay passionate as they step into professional life.
Said event signifies TAUβs continued dedication to the delivery of quality instruction and the well-rounded development of the students as the next phase of the journey towards the profession beckons.
