Graduates from various batches gather during the Tarlac Agricultural University’s (TAU) week-long celebration of its 80th Founding Anniversary through the Alumni Motorcade and Socialization today, 17 December.

Organized by the Alumni Relations Office (ARO) in coordination with the TAU Federated Alumni Association Inc., TAUians gather to celebrate TAU’s legacy and enduring alumni support.

The event begins with an early-morning assembly at the Continuing Education Center (CEC), followed by a motorcade parade that passes through the campus and nearby areas, symbolizing solidarity and pride among TAU alumni.

After the motorcade, a socialization event is held at the CEC, featuring the inspirational message of Dr. Edmar N. Franquera, President of the TAU Federated Alumni Association Inc. and Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training (VPRET), underscoring the importance of alumni engagement in sustaining TAU’s growth as it marks eight decades of service in agriculture, education, and community development.

The activity concluded with a socialization program featuring games and a raffle draw, allowing alumni to reconnect and strengthen camaraderie as part of TAU’s 80th founding anniversary celebration.
