Region III Officials and representatives from State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) gathered today, 17 December, for the Development Council of State Universities and Colleges Region III โ€“ Center for Inter-Institutional Research and Policy Studies (DC-SUC III/CIRPS) Year-End Gathering and Turnover Ceremony at the Ceremony Hall of Hotel Seoul in Clark, Pampanga, highlighting the leadership transition and continued collaboration among SUCs.

Representing Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) is its University President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, along with the University Board Secretary, Mr. Sonny A. Santos, and Mr. Orlando H. Locading, Chief of Presidential Management Staff (PMS) and designated technical staff of DC SUC III CIRPS from TAU.

During the event, Dr. Evaristo A. Abella, Central Luzon State University (CLSU) President, Outgoing Chairperson, and Executive Council of the DC-SUC CIRPS delivers his inspirational message, followed by a special tribute to Dr. Lora L. Yusi, former Regional Director of the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEdRO III) and now Director IV of the Office of Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance (OIQAG) at CHEd Main Office.
