Led by the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD), the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) kicked off the Academic Year 2025-2026 by hosting a General Orientation Program for its incoming first-year students and transferees at the Gilberto O. Teodoro (GOT) Multipurpose Center, 15 August.

The event familiarized newcomers with campus policies, support services, and opportunities. Divided into two sessions, the morning segment catered to students from the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF), College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), and College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) while the afternoon welcomed those from the College of Business and Management (CBM), College of Engineering and Technology (CET), and College of Education (CEd).

In his remarks, TAU President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson welcomed new students to their "home away from home," reminding them that their admission, selected from thousands of applicants, proves their exceptional potential.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) - Student Placement Office, in partnership with Wilserv Multipurpose Cooperative, presents career opportunities to TAU alumni during its on-campus recruitment at the TAU AgriTourism Function Hall on 14 August.

During the initial screening, Wilserv provides job openings for Field Supervisor, Senior Field Technician, and Field Agronomist, reflecting its growing agricultural and field services operations.

This initiative aligns with TAU’s mission to ensure that every TAUian attains employment and develops into globally competitive professionals.

Eugenio of the College of Education (CEd) – on their journey in the International Student Mobility 2025, organized by Universitas Pancasakti (UPS) Tegal, Indonesia, held from 24–28 July.

Witness the milestones that enabled them to immerse in the vibrant culture of Indonesia for five days through visits to Cempaka Village, Indah Beach, Malioboro, and Guci Forest. Watch the highlights of their participation in seminars and training sessions and savor, albeit virtually, the country’s distinctive cuisines such as Telor Balado, Ayam rica-rica, Bakso, Mie Goreng, and more.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The third day of Tarlac Agricultural University's (TAU) College Orientation Program is in full swing at the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center on 14 August. Interactive presentations and networking activities round out the day, enabling students, faculty, and staff to strengthen connections.

With faculty introductions and program discussions, the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF) Tamaraws start the morning, while the College of Engineering and Technology (CET) Tigers lead the afternoon block. These sessions ensure both new and returning students gain a clear understanding of the rules and guidelines at the department and college levels, serving as an essential step for their academic journey.
