The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) actively participates in the ongoing discussions on the Development of Fertilizer Recommendations for the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Seed Program, an initiative spearheaded by the Department of AgricultureโPhilRice.
