Like arrows released with purpose, the womenโs archery team of Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) continues to draw strength, focus, and pride as they represent the University with precision and heart. In archery, every breath matters, every stance counts, and every arrowโs release tells a story and for these young women, their stories are deeply rooted in passion, perseverance, and the support of the TAU community.
Hazel Joy D. Daliva, a 2nd year student from the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) and a proud resident of Camiling, Tarlac, embodies the quiet focus of a seasoned archer. Her journey in sports began as early as elementary, where she first found joy in badminton. It was in high school, however, that she discovered archery, a sport that demanded not only physical skill but also mental discipline.ย
Competing in various tournaments, Hazel Joy learned that success, much like hitting the bullseye, requires balance. She firmly believes that surrounding oneself with positive and encouraging people is key to excelling both in academics and in sports principle she continues to live by as she wears the TAU colors with pride.
