The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), through the Geodetic Engineering Department of its College of Engineering and Technology (CET), added 23 new geodetic engineers to the roster of the country's professionals after the results of October 2024 Geodetic Engineering Licensure Examinations (GELE) were released 28 October.

Results of the 2024 GELE, which was administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on 17-18 October, revealed that 29 among the 650 passers out of 1,343 takers (48.40%) were graduates of TAU.

Sa larong bilis at tulin ng takbo ang puhunan, kamangha-manghang nasungkit ni Jem-Jen Garcia, isang TAU-Marketistang Atleta ang bronze medal sa nakalipas na Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (PATAFA) 800m na ginanap sa PhilSports Track Oval, Pasig City, Manila, noong October 26, 2024.

Sa kabila ng mga problema at kakapusan ng sapat na lakas ng atletang TAUian, matagumpay pa rin siyang nakapasok bilang isa sa mga finalists ng Women’s 800m Category kung saan siya ay nasa pampitong pwesto na may resultang 2:39.27 na running time sapat na para maungusan nito ang sampung atletang nakilahok mula sa iba't ibang mga unibersidad sa Pilipinas, at wagi niyang nasungkit ang bronze medal para tapusin ang kanyang kampanya sa PATAFA.

The whole Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community joins Filipinos around the world in observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day on 1 November and 2 November, respectively.
 
Hence, we offer this prayer to commemorate the lives of saints, martyrs, and mortals who have walked with us in faith and love. May their examples of courage, compassion, and devotion inspire us to live with purpose and honor.

In line with its relentless efforts and steadfast commitment to providing the highest standards of education as well as its continuous pursuit of improved systems and services, the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), specifically its College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and College of Business and Management (CBM), underwent a Preliminary Survey Visit Online Program Accreditation for its Bachelor of Science in Development Communication (BS DevCom) and Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) programs, respectively, by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) on 14-18 October via Zoom Meeting platform.

Due to an ongoing road improvement project in Brgy. Sta. Maria, tricycles and private vehicles transporting passengers from the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) are temporarily restricted from leaving the University campus via the back gate (near Integrated Science Laboratory) and take an exit through Brgy. Sta. Maria crossing. Instead, they are advised to turn to the road fronting College of Education (CEd), College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM), Medical-Dental Clinic all the way to Student and Alumni Center, Continuing Education Center, Records Management Office, and exit lane through Agribusiness Center or the route beside TAU Administration Bldg.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community gathers in front of the Learning Resource Center (LRC) for the weekly flag-raising ceremony, led by the Medical and Dental Unit (MDU), 28 October.
 
In line with the asynchronous classes, the weekly simultaneous flag hoisting has been temporarily cancelled, gathering only the academic and non-teaching staff and officials at the LRC. In his message, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, TAU president, reminds everyone to stay vigilant in times of calamities, taking into account the aftermath of Typhoon Kristine which caused class cancellations last week.
