To facilitate smooth operations, the map below outlines critical traffic routing and parking allocations around the Gilberto Teodoro Multipurpose Building (GOT).ย 

VIP parking is reserved at the concrete area in front of the GOT, while motorcycle parking is designated beside the security office. Non-VIP vehicles may drop off passengers at the GOT entrance before proceeding to the parking zones in front of the Administration Building, Learning Resource Center, and IT Data Center. For safety, pedestrians must use the campus overpass when crossing, and access to the oval via the CBM Building wings will be temporarily closed.

Motorists are urged to exercise caution, observe speed limits, and cooperate with security personnel, as an Incident Command Post and emergency ambulance will be stationed near the security office and GOT, respectively. Please refer to the provided map for specific pedestrian routes and vehicular access points to ensure efficient movement throughout the campus. The graduation pictorial for Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Batch 2026 graduating students will take place from 25 May to 1 June from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM GMT+8 at the Farmers' Training Center (FTC).ย 

Free hair and makeup services will be provided for graduands during the graduation pictorial schedule. Please note that additional charges may apply for glam makeup requests.

To ensure a smooth and organized pictorial session, graduands are advised to observe the following guidelines:

The Admission and Registration Services (ARS) announces the opening of applications for shifters and returnees for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026โ€“2027. The application period will run from 19-26 May 2026.

Students who intend to shift to another program must submit a duly accomplished Application for Shifting Form, while returnees must submit an Application for Re-admission Form. Applicants are advised to secure the appropriate form, along with a tentative copy of their evaluation, from the ARS Office. After securing the documents, students must proceed to their respective colleges for evaluation. Please note that the concerned college may require an interview or examination as part of the evaluation process.

Once the evaluation is completed, applicants must submit the completed and approved form to the designated ARS Staff. Upon approval, the Records-in-Charge will update the studentโ€™s profile accordingly. All concerned students are encouraged to comply within the application period and coordinate with their respective colleges for guidance and further instructions.
